To link openUTM applications to any applications that can be addressed via MQSeries, the following service
package is offered.
The necessary hardware/software configuration must be in place (can be checked against the data sheet on the
openUTM-MQ Series Gateway).
The service package includes the following:
- Gateway software and user documentation
- Coordination to determine the configuration data and the interfaces of the applications to be linked
- Installing the gateway software
- Configuring the gateway software
- Certifying that the gateway is working properly
- Inducting the customer into the solution from the point of view of the gateway
Duration of service: 5 days
Additional service days can be requested as required.
